Why do crackers come on the side?
We keep our crackers separate or wrapped because otherwise they get a very unappealing soggy/not very crisp texture!

What is your refund policy?
We unfortunately do not provide refunds. For events with over 3 weeks notice, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit due one week in advance of the event, and the rest of the 50% is due the day of the event.

How long do boards stay fresh?
Because our boards are filled with fresh ingredients, it’s hard to give an exact timeline of freshness, as some ingredients will stay fresh for longer. Most boards are generally best by 3 days post-receiving them. Boards with cut fruit or vegetables are best consumed within 24 to 48 hours.

What if I need a board before Thursday/Friday of a given week?
We generally only provide delivery on Thursdays and Fridays, but with enough advance notice, we may be able to coordinate for delivery on a different day of the week. Please send us an email if this is the case.

I have an allergy! Are you boards safe for me to consume?
Our boards almost always contain dairy, gluten, nuts, and seeds. We can sometimes accommodate certain allergies or dietary restrictions, please send us an email to order. But all boards are processed in a facility where we regularly process dairy, gluten, nuts, seeds, and meat.
